Juliette’s music training started in Mauritius at the French Conservatoire. Her first influence was from a jazz pianist, however she developed her knowledge and technique with Lilia Poustovoytova - the Russian pianist on the island. Her piano experience refined in Paris at the Ecole Normale de Musique and eventually honed further at the RCS in Glasgow with concertist's Jonathan Plowright. She made her debut at the Wigmore Hall in 2010.

Juliette created partnerships with numerous artists over the years, notably clarinetists Fraser Langton (BBC Philharmonic) and Calum Robertson (Sirocco Winds), singer Julie Martin-Carter (Scottish Opera), pianists Silviya Mihaylova (RCS), Geoffrey Tanti (RCS) and Chris Baxter (RCS), and violinist Simone Strohmeier (Bachensemble Lucerne) among others.

Juliette has a decade of experience working as music director, choir coach and pianist for Church of Scotland.

She worked for the Live Music Now! Scotland charity for 12 years - performing in countless schools as well as participating in numerous festivals and giving several recitals across the UK - Harrogate festival, Wales Millennium Centre, Perth Concert Hall, Edinburgh Festival, Glasgow Concert Hall. She is also part of the Lost Chord charity, performing for people suffering from Dementia.

She is an examiner for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and has accompanied a multitude of candidates when she is not conducting the exams herself.

This duo showed perfectly that the pianist is not just an accompanist but is equally important to the success of bringing these wonderful songs to life.

Bravissima. E stato entusiasmante ascoltare una pianista cosi brava e coinvolgente
— Lions Club, Modena, 2021
The musicians did not just resort to their strictly classical repertoire, they adapted very quickly to the public and did not hesitate to talk and interact with the public between each piece, which made the concert very energetic and dynamic. I would say that the most intense moment was when the pianist, Juliette, invited one of the youngsters to take a conductor’s baton and that our youngster was willing to try it out and conduct the musicians. It was excellent.
